If something here is unclear, message us before you pay. We would rather answer twenty questions than take money from someone who is unsure.
✦ Will my profile be visible to anyone?
No. There is no directory, no search page and no profile URL. The only people who ever see your details are those we have matched you with — and only after you have agreed to that specific introduction.
✦ Can I ask for someone from a particular sect or biradari?
You can state any preference you hold and we will respect it as a filter on your own matches. We will never suggest one, rank people by it, or advertise on it. It is your preference to hold, not ours to promote.
✦ What does 'verified' actually mean?
It means a live video check matched against the person's photographs, plus whichever documents they chose to provide. Every field in a proposal is labelled verified, declared, or not checked — so you can see precisely what we confirmed rather than trusting a badge.
✦ Do you handle second marriages, divorce and khula?
Yes, on exactly the same terms and with the same care. You can also state whether you will consider a partner with children, and it is treated as a hard filter, not a preference we quietly ignore.
✦ Who is actually paying — me or my parents?
Whoever you like. Many of our clients are a mother or a brother acting for someone. Tell us at the start who we are speaking to and we will address you accordingly and keep the candidate's details handled as they have asked.
✦ What if you cannot find enough matches?
Then we refund you for the ones we missed, at the per-proposal price printed on your invoice, automatically and without you asking. Standard is 16 proposals, so if we delivered eleven we refund five. We would rather refuse a sale than take money for a search we cannot serve.
✦ Can you help with a spouse visa?
No, and we will not try. We cannot advise on visas, sponsorship or immigration of any kind — that has to come from a regulated adviser in the relevant country. What we can do is record whether someone is willing to relocate or to sponsor, so we only introduce people whose plans genuinely match.
✦ Do you guarantee I will get married?
No. Anyone who guarantees that is lying to you. What we guarantee is the number of proposals in your package, delivered over the weeks it covers, or your money back for the difference.
✦ Is this halal?
The process is built to be: introductions are family-mediated, nothing is public, there is no browsing or messaging between strangers, and contact only opens once both sides have agreed. On any question of religious ruling, please ask your own scholar — we do not issue them.
✦ How long does it take?
Your first proposal usually arrives within ten days of confirming your requirements. The rest arrive one or two a week as suitable people are found and agree. We would rather send you six that fit than fill a quota with ten that do not.
